CONNECTING BODY AND MIND THROUGH QIGONG
"Master Per van Spall in collaboration with Joyce Virani plans to lead one of the largest group Qigong experiences in the western hemisphere. Bring a pillow or something to lay on as a foundation to feel peace within your body and mind.
Come as you are and leave with an abundance of gratitude, lightness, and connectedness to your inner self."
I am so very honored and grateful to The Peace Studio and Master Per to have been invited to this incredible peace event. While Master Per is sharing his Art of Qigong healing, I will guide you in meditation to a feeling of inner calm, relaxation and peace.
We would love for you to join us. Below you will find more information about The Peace Studio, summit schedule and how to register.
ABOUT THE PEACE STUDIO
"The Peace Studio equips artists and journalists with opportunities and strengths-based tools to restore hope, challenge injustice and bridge divides. In 2019, the organization merged with the media and journalism nonprofit Images and Voices of Hope, which for 20 years activated media-makers around research that proves that exposure to stories with positive, truth-based messages relieves stress and inspires people to act with compassion and do good in the world. Now one organization, The Peace Studio has worked with and supported over 200 artists and journalists in over 30 countries in the past 18 months, distributed positive, strengths-based stories and performances on global, national, and local media platforms such as NowThis News, ABC Localish, The Boston Globe, CNN International, the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, Indian Country News, and Yahoo, among others, and collaborated with renowned thought-leaders, artists, and journalists including His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, cellist Yo-Yo Ma, musician Rhiannon Giddens, former Governor of Massachusetts Deval Patrick, choreographer Bill T. Jones, Opera Singer Joyce DiDonato, actor Ted Danson, and many others."
